Margi is a very kind and efficient young lady. She is always pleased to help, pleasant to talk to and very accurate. Heather, who has a leadership role there, is also incredibly friendly and responsive. She and my wife grew up in the same small farming community in Ohio. They both posses the same strong worth ethic and kind-hearted connection to people. Our experiences there are always pleasant because everyone there is warm and inviting. We are very glad that we switched after over 30 years with another bank.
