I went for the first time today with my friend, who had previously been with her dog more than once. There is a sign on the door that they are dog friendly, but the woman at the front desk said we would have to leave if our dog couldn’t be controlled. This was in response to my friend’s dog barking once after the store dog barked behind the counter and a man approaching tried to pet her. It was a needless escalation of a situation that was well under control. Dogs are going to briefly bark in response to another dog barking.... read more
