I just completed an upholstery course at Eclectic Boogaloo. It was such a pleasant experience. Jen was so helpful, and so were the rest of the staff. It felt like I was going to a peaceful, low-stress, little community where we could all relax and focus on the beautiful, tactile learning experience that is upholstery! Jen's passion seeps through into the space, the vibe, and her teaching methods. Highly recommend

I completed the box cushion course with Jen and can't recommend it highly enough. Jen is supremely generous with her knowledge (which is pretty damn impressive) and supported every member in our class equally. Eclectic Boogaloo is set up with enough easy to operate and current model sewing machines that each member of the class had their own to use and the wonderful support of both Jen and Jan to guide us through each stage of making a box cushion. Fantastic from start to finish!! The Eclectic Boogaloo team went above and beyond for my scatter cushion covers order, with super friendly, efficient service the whole way. Before I knew it I had my fabulous new cushions on the couch, and I love, love, LOVE them! This kind of customer service is a rare thing to find these days, so congrats on a job well done Eclectic Boogaloo! :)

Thank you Jen and Jan- for an amazing three days. I was seeking a course where I could learn some practical skills and the three day Chair Amnesty course taught me a lot! You were both incredibly patient, knowledgeable and generous with your time and guidance. We had a wonderful group of people in our course and it was rejuvenating and inspiring! I look forward to practicing my skills further - what an amazing hobby! Big shout out and thank you to an amazing small business!

Amazing experience! I did the Amnesty course after rescuing a chair from the verge. Jen and Jan took our class of 8 through the process step-by-step, tailoring to each of us along the way. They were knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. One tip: if you have a chair like mine with lots of fabric and staples to remove, consider trying to get this part done before the course. It easily saved me a day and I actually finished my chair right on the dot on the last day!
