My wife and I contacted Robert Avolio to complete our wills and draw up a trust for us. During our initial conversation we gave him most of the pertinent information to complete these documents. When we received the draft documents we noted a few errors involving key information: beneficiaries names misspelled throughout the documents, a specific monetary bequest was omitted and the trustee on the trust was incorrect.
