I hired Billy Eckelkamp and paid a $1,000 retainer. After one email asking how I wanted to proceed, I received virtually no communication despite repeated attempts to contact him. When I disputed the charge, I was then told the $1,000 was for a legal opinion. Hired Billy. Said he take $1000 as retainer. Sent one email asking how I would like to proceed. Never heard from him again untill I attempted a charge back. Then he emails stating that $$$ 1000$$$ was for an opinion only. I reported him to the Missouri bar. In my opinion he ignored me to help his Facebook friend the opposing attorney. 10/30/25 Need an option for zero stars

Amazing law firm!! Bobby, and Taylor made sure to do their research, pay close attention to every detail, and remained dedicated, no matter the difficulties presented. Professional, sincere, honest and knowledgeable!! Highly recommended!!!
