Dont move to ************************* address is *********************************** I had a very bad experience with this property of *** group, very unprofessional, I applied on Friday and didnt get an answer until Tuesday and that was because I kept calling all the time , (spoke to will) you will not hear back from them you have to keep calling to find out whats going on with your application and you will get different information every time you call. If you are thinking of jumping into business with ECi, and more specifically with their JobBoss software for ERP in a manufacturing setting, think again. The customer service is abysmal at best, and you may find yourself locked into contracts, paying for things that you are unable to use. Be sure you have your own IT department, as getting any sort of help with regards to simple tasks such as adding a logo to your invoices, accessing the cloud, integrating with your accounting software and more will be practically impossible... read more
