Anna Barnes was our ECI specialist that did my son's intake. She was super sweet from the start, followed up via phone call and email. The staff was nice upon check-in. The initial evaluation was very interactive and they took their time to really understand how my son was born, our journey from the start of his birth and during my pregnancy and also postpartum.
