Visited on weekend no engagement from the girl behind the desk , think it was because it was 30 mins before closing didn't feel very welcoming at all , and I've had better chocolate, quite average.
Not welcoming . A welcome would increase yours sales and entice you to spend . The prices are very expensive. No chocolate tasting . Half the chocolate are not even there product.
Not all of their own made chocolate. Layout was nice, but no tasting of the products. If I’m going to spend 20 or 30 dollars on chocolate I want to know what it tastes like before hand.
Just spent 3 days at Echuca and visited Echuca chocolate company twice. It is the best tasting chocolate- so much variety and the liqueurs are awesome. The staff are very welcoming and polite. I bought a lot for Xmas but am sad to say I could not resist and have already cracked open a chocolate liqueur to go with the tray of chocolate I bought- I am sure I will need to do an online shop hahahaha.
