Does not follow up after saying he would help. Multiple voicemails left, multiple emails sent and nothing. If you have a MetLife plan, don't waste your time. He was a nice guy, but was late to our meeting. I was willing to pay much more out of pocket to help with my aging parents situation. His loss I guess. I'm guessing he got paid his basic fee from MetLife and that's all he needed??? Very unprofessional and his follow up and follow through both need improvement!!
