I started with the Echo refresh that is the inhalation machine with an option to mix oxygen and hydrogen. I am 67 and live at 6500 feet. I see a significant improvement in energy, endurance and mental clarity. I also meditate while using the machine and it does seem my Meditations go deeper (not sure why?). really appreciate the option to add oxygen and use the combo (Brown’s gas) . The Echo Flask will not sync with the Echo Water app, the issue is a known problem. If you are expecting the advertised capabilities you will be very disappointed.
Bought the flask for $300 and I’m not impressed. It has a big design flaw, there is no cover to the USB port. It’s a water bottle and it will get wet and water can get into the port. Why you wouldn’t put a small plug or cover over the one thing that if it gets wet will render the flask useless. Also the app is garbage. It doesn’t work by recording your consumption, thought having a companion app is a huge selling point for the price. These two issues are huge ones and need to be addressed.
Looks like a lot of similar reviews ab the crappy shipping. Don’t say two weeks when u know it won’t be two weeks. Garbage .
