I absolutely love the design and the material of the flask. The touch screen seems to work well but the swipe up is not as intuitive as a smartphone's swipe up. Echo50+ seal replacements are impossible to find. Why make and sell a product that never has replacement seals. In my opinion Echo50+isn't worth it! They'll never get my business again and I will let others know.
The lid wont come off and the service to get this resolved has been one obstacle after another.
I purchased this and was so excited! However, this product sucks and is not worth the money! It does not hold a charge for my work hours and seems to have a slow leak.
