I purchased the Echo Ultimate after looking at several other brands and believe this machine is the best you can buy. I had a small problem during the install and want to thank Trey from technical support for his help. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the Echo machine and did not laugh at the stupid questions I asked him. Brad
I could not be more satisfied with the customer service. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate them taking the time to help me. They truly went the extra mile. Companies like this will always have my business and word-of-mouth I'm also super excited to try their new hydrogen water bottle .
I wouldn’t even give this one star if possible!!!!! The absolute worst customer service. Sending me AI emails when I have tried filling a claim after my order is lost in the mail for a week now!!!!!! No help at all. I even contacted FedEx and they told me to file a claim with the sender that they should be handling this. But they are doing nothing! This company will take your money and we are paying a lot of money for these items…. And not care of things are lost in the mail or never sent! Never delivered. No replacement. No... read more
