After 5 months of use it exploded hit my wife with a piece of plastic and to top it off. They would not cover the warranty because it was a gift. Even though I registered the product when I got it. Bad customer service and dangerous. Wife ears are still ringing a day later from the loud bang! To make it even worse is I got one person to respond. Saying no not covered under the warranty. Does not hold pressure well; lots of data show it doesn't affect how much nitrogen you're consuming, but it sure doesn't feel satisfying when paying this kind of money. The app has many bugs and issues, like losing history, streaks, and constantly logging out after updates, but it has gotten better. Final straw for 3 stars is that the LED lights went out on me, and those were kinda cool.
I bought this bottle less than two months ago and apparently it’s not under warranty. It was faulty one month in.!! I contacted them. They sent me a new cord and now they won’t back up their product. It will no longer charge. I have not done anything to abuse it . I’ve contacted their Support system over a dozen times and they will not send me a new bottle. !!! Offered me nothing. !!! If you think for a minute you will get customer service here think again. Very dissatisfied !!!
I have been using my Echo-Go bottle for just over two years now, and I am ready to that it has changed my life
Stopped working in less than a month. Will not power on. No lights. Tried different chargers and cables. Very expensive paper weight. Will not trust this company for Whole house filtration.
