Flask is a technological wonder. The process of ordering, tracking and seeing the packing at a very high quality level is reassuring this product is worth the money. I bought 2 flasks for Christmas--one for me, one for my husband as a gift. I have been researching H2 water for a few months, and had been using the tablets. The flask idea made sense--until I received my Echo flask. After 3 days of many, many, many attempts, and after watching the videos, plus reading all the material on it, I was finally able to open and close the lid on the flask. I would give them 7 stars if there was an option. I was quite apprehensive to sink nearly $300 into a hydrogen flask. I did my due diligence and researched extensively. I kept coming back to the echo flask. So I took the plunge. After 1 week it started malfunctioning. I was in contact with support immediately and they responded immediately.
