For $3C's is should be in GLASS like OLD STYLE MILK GLASS (HEAVY & THICK). Give all the BS you want about BPA &&& Free. That's BS! It's still plastic.
Day TWO & the Flask is INOPERABLE... stuck in a "Please upgrade" without ANY way to do ANYTHING. Officially a paperweight! Emailed multiple times without response yet so i will update since I'm NOT wasting $300, Was a cool idea prior, but the first 2 refills did NOT even register on the app. The touchscreen worked until it said to upgrade the software, then failed the upgrade 12 times so its unusable at this point!
How can you justify the cost for a flask?
I absolutely love the design and the material of the flask. The touch screen seems to work well but the swipe up is not as intuitive as a smartphone's swipe up. I've only used it for a little over a week every day and drinking almost 48 ounces of hydrogenated water and I can say I am sleeping a little better for sure. So far, I am very happy.
