I got my pedicure done. Very quick and precise. I highly recommend.
I was not really happy about their service. I had a gift certificate and I did pedicure and when I asked to put a full set for my nails just to make it a little longer than mine and I told them I have gift certificate they wanted to say the gift certificate and I asked them how much it is. The owner said 95 for full set. I never paid the maths for a full set nowhere but she saw the certificate that it was 100 and now I had to pay extra for the pedicure too. Admittedly, I don’t get pedicures very often, but when I do, it’s Echo Spa in Monroe. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and private. A perfect spot to recharge — highly recommend!
Got powder dip nails done by Jenny. Spent two hours in the chair and was beyond disappointed. Had to point out several spots where she missed or filed the color completely off. The nails started chipping two days after. Not impressed and not worth the $45!
