Can somebody please tell me if this company is legit????? I have ordered and paid for a very expensive lamp and have heard no more! I have tried on a number of occasions to contact them and have gotten no response. Unless I otherwise hear shortly.....I wld NOT recommend buying from this company!!
We have purchased our dining chairs from Echo Grove twice last year and also this year and twice we’ve been helped in the show room and also over the phone by Oliver. He’s seriously a gem and I hope the owners of Echo grove know how hard he works and how lucky they are to have him as part of the team. I highly recommend you make a visit, it is well worth your time, there is a great selection of furniture and furnishings, that I would would say are unique to this lovely store.
Staff we're incredibly helpful. Before wrapping my order for transport they sent photo's to make sure I was happy. Communication was excellent.
