Echo Audiology provide exceptional devices, service and support. I’ve recently changed to their services as my hearing aid supplier, with great success. When I’ve had issues (self-induced), they’ve gone out of their way to help me out. STRONGLY recommended!

After 4 days of hoping my hearing loss (in one ear) would magically reverse all on its own… I called first thing in the morning and was able to book a ‘consult’ for the afternoon of the same day. The receptionist, whose name I neglected to ‘note’ was very helpful and very friendly. The Audiologist, Karine Bosse (accent on the e) was able to assess, diagnose, and clear the (unexpected) ear wax from my ear canal which resulted in a full restoration of my hearing!
