Stumbled across this driving to something else. Wow. Please pay the fee. It's worth it.
Have a beagle. She howled her heart out. Good place to test your vocals if you're not disturbing people. Fun little pit stop and picnic area and close to the Ghost Ranch. Hike is easy and the place is kid and dog friendly. Almost no one else was there too

Beautiful and makes you feel small standing at the bottom. It's gorgeous for a dessert biom.
