Claudia is extremely responsive and the most knowledgeable out there. She goes out of her way to inform and educate her clients, and makes it a personal experience. You will feel heard. I would not go anywhere else, but here.
I went to see Claudia shortly after my auto an accident as she was recommended by my chiropractor. She was very professional, caring and took the time to answer questions I didn’t even know I had. She explained that it could be a lengthy process and what to expect along the way. She also took the time to explain every response letter from the insurance company over the phone, text or email, which ever I needed at that time.
