I had such a great experience at the ECCO Richmond Hill location! Valeri, Cody, and David were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They were so friendly and treated me with such kindness and respect—it really made my shopping experience amazing. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and that makes a huge difference. Thank you to the team for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be coming back!

We’ve had multiple disappointing visits to this ECCO store Richmond Hill location. On our most recent visit, the customer service was especially poor. The two female staff (Asian) members working at the time were dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. We did not feel welcomed or respected as customers. It's frustrating to face this kind of treatment repeatedly. We will not be returning and we absolutely do not recommend all my family and group shopping in Ecco !!!!!
