First of all, Christine is an excellent physio therapist! She helped me with my sciatica and didn’t overload me with exercises. She decided on the most effective ones and that way I wasn’t overwhelmed by the daily exercises, which made a difference almost immediately. Secondly, I had such a good time laughing and chatting with her during the appointment. I have nothing but great things to say about Christine. She’s a fantastic physiotherapist — patient, thorough, and incredibly effective. The exercises and treatment plans she’s given me have always hit the mark for a speedy recovery. Christine is the absolute best physiotherapist i have ever seen! I have done physio off and on for the last 13 years, with a number of different therapists, including Christine (2019-2020). Now (2026) that I need it again, I discovered she had left the clinic where I last saw her, so I tracked her down at her own practice. Christine knows her stuff!
