Very happy with my experience here with a flat bike tire that was giving me troubles for a while. I took my city cruiser bike up to this bike shop as I wanted things done properly. Had a leaky tire for a while and brought it into a large sports good company for a quick fix which did not work. Turns out the tires themselves got chewed up during the previous work and needed to be replaced. Had a last minute brake failure with a race the next day and they stayed open late for me and helped me fix my hydraulic brakes. Super nice people and very helpful!
Honestly, ive been debating writing this review for over a month now. I understand some people have bad days, but you should never treat people like they are than you. I initially went in to just get tubes for my road bike. Im not a specialist by any means in terms of bike parts, what exactly to ask for, etc. The man I dealt with was so condescending to me because I wasn't sure. I will never use this bike shop again. Yes they changed my bearings and cone nuts in my hub, but the reason i came in was to have my cone nuts readjusted so my hub doesnt wobble. When they put in the new bearings & put back together my hub they still failed to do that..
