I needed a long term car rental in a hurry and Michelle from the support team was truly amazing. Got it all set up for me very quick and easy, answered all my questions and I loved my wee car for the few months I was living in cairns! I had to cut my lease short with some unexpected circumstances and again, Michelle took all the stress out of this. Can’t recommend this service enough!!!
Hired a car from Cairns Sheridan Street branch. From the time we walked in to the time we drop the car back, we will made felt most welcome. They had a few cars that had been returned and gave us a choice of upgrade at no additional cost. When we return the car early morning, the manager himself actually jump back in the car and drove my family and myself to the airport which we appreciated. Thank you… great customer service, Great people, fantastic car. Thanks guys Merry Christmas.
