Worst experience with this factoring company, we were using this company from last 4 years and this year we planned not to use factoring company, so we provided 3 months advance notice and when our contract term ended they sent us an invoice of $24k for early termination fee, first they increased the rates in between the term, we were shocked as we already provided 3 months notice and they hold all our pending payments, and there was a Guy named Craig who threatened to pay the termination fee or they won't release our paymen... read more
