Bus driver unloaded my case at a random bus stop and when I got to my destination and I raised the alarm they tried to deny I had a third case, and then did not tell me for half an hour that the driver had taken it off at the previous stop, admitting that they had finally only once they had had a bus go by, whose driver did not see it.
