Best accountant service in Town !!! Always kind, understanding and efficient.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA). The staff was unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and communication skills. Despite reaching out multiple times, I found their responsiveness and willingness to assist quite lacking. For an organization that represents professionalism, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected better standards from a reputed body like CPA, but unfortunately, their service did not meet those expectations.
Very bad customer service. I would highly recommend any educated person to not go here. They charge too much and lack the competence needed. Do not go here and better off finding someone else. Unprofessional and do not assist you when needed.
Best accounting firm I have ever been to. Gurmeet was such a big help, answered all my questions and made effort to follow up. Nothing but best service from Ebook. Appreciate everything!
