We bought 2 Touring E Bikes with the larger battery. There was an issue the sensor that gave intermittent faults. Alan perservered and found the problem after 3 visits of his time and expense. Not an easy problem to find - but he did it. Since the fix that Alan put in place the bikes have performed well with no issues. He stands by his products to ensure you get what you paid for. I recommend, him especially his follow up service. Cheers Owen
