The fact that they are closed on a Saturday morning which not only means you can not buy a bike on Saturday but also can not get service on a Saturday. Close on Monday not Saturday. I will never shop there.
I was very impressed with Daniel at eBikes Ocala. He modified and order for a Velotric Fold 1 bike to match what I wanted. He kept me informed of the progress of the order. When it arrived I was able to test ride the ebike and purchase it. It is important to me to have a local place that I can bring my ebike for service and warranty work if needed.
I have called several bike places from south Florida all the way up to Ocala florida looking for the must comfortable and affordable bike. The majority of places just want to sale sale sale and I do not blame them; however, E-bikes Ocala are very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I really recommend them. Thank you E-bikes ocala
