We tried with a one year old and it didn't work. We used them for not even an hour. And they refused to refund us when we gave back the bikes. Horrible business decision. They absolutely could have done the right thing and said hey we will refund you for the time you didn't use then. Even half. There are other e bike rentals in the area and great people. The one closer to stop 3 has different rental times and they even said if we came back early they would refund ua for time not used. We ahould have rented from them instead.... read more
Amazing service!!!! There are a lot of electric bike rental options for Zion national park, you will not regret choosing E-bikes Zion! Fiona was so kind and had great service. The shop has more of a mom and pop small business aesthetic, which I love supporting. Great service, kind people, 10 out of 10 recommend!
Fantastic small business with unbeatable customer service and people. Their Ebikes were of the highest quality and made our adventures in Zion truly memorable. We also rented water shoes and sticks here for the Narrows and were very impressed with their quality and maintenance. Cannot recommend them enough!

This is the place to rent from! We did 8 hrs with Big Sur for both kids and adults. We were able to do the narrows and scout lookout with a leisurely pace. I looked at other people’s bikes as we had ours for the day and ours seemed to be the best, we had wide tires, ez to get on and off and the baskets helped a ton. Staff was super helpful getting us going. No waiting for shuttles, no lines it was great and fun way to see the park. Also they allowed us to park in the bike while we had the bikes which was a huge plus!!
