The staff were all so very chill, patient and accommodating as it was our first time renting and we had two small children with us. Pricing was reasonable and you can reserve bikes online. They will make sure you are comfortable using the bikes before you ride off and the bikes themselves are heavy duty and easy to manage. Will definitely revisit next time we visit Zion.
Just get the e-bikes for Zion and get them from here! Great service, easy process, and quality gear. Bonus: they have pedal assist bikes for youth which other shops only provided the caboose option. Appreciated the paid lot too. This was the highlight of our trip and a must for the incredible views!
