highly recommend this bike shop for ebikes, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the helpful staff members (Kade, Cam, and Fiona) and a quick tutorial before heading out; the bikes worked extremely well and provided for a great experience
This is the place to rent your e-bikes! My husband and I were visiting Zion & decided to rent e-bikes for our last day. Mind you - I haven’t rode a bike in about 20 years. But these bikes were fantastic! Comfortable for 8 hours of riding, battery life was insane, and the staff here made you feel comfortable before leaving! We had a bunch of people compliment the bikes while we were riding around the park as well! This is the best way to see Zion AND THE BEST PLACE TO RENT YOUR BIKE! We will be back the next time we visit!
What amazing service in Zion! Cam was great and patient with us as we had to try on multiple sets of gear and boots. They were very flexible with our Ebikes, letting us take them overnight so we could use them for two full days and not have to come back into town. If you’re doing the Narrows and need gear, or renting Ebikes (and you should, to avoid the crazy long shuttle lines and be on your own schedule), this is where you should go. Chef’s kiss!
This was a terrific experience and I highly recommend renting from this location. We arrived early on a Monday morning and the friendly staff was there - directed us to the free safe parking area behind the shop and proceeded to outfit all of us with our pre-reserved e-bikes. Non transparent pricing, as its all based on how busy they are. Immediately jacked up the price by mandating minimum 8 hours rental. Nonsense byke insurance ask , no other byke shop ask for that . All chinese made cheapest bykes. Giving it 2 star as I was ripped but still got the byke, else 1 star fir dishonesty.
