No integrity. More concerned with making money than keeping their word. Asked an employee for an Aventon kid seat kit. Told him if they didnt have it, I wouldn't get the bike. They told me they had it, so I got the bike from Wheatridge Cycle. Now they won't sell the kid seat to me and I have a bike I wouldn't have bought if it were not for their word. TLDR: easy and seamless on front end (they'll say 8 ways til Sunday how they aren't commission-based). Excruciatingly painful on the backend. I purchased my first (and most likely only) e-bike from here back in April after test riding 4 different brands. I settled on the display/floor model Velotric GoMad ($2091 OTD with Colorado tax credit). Less than a week later and my third ride, I got a flat tire. Just purchased an ebike from here and I am a very satisfied customer. The entire process was smooth and easy. The employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. I had concerns about transporting my bike in my car and they helped me find the best suitable ebike for me. Plus the nice gentleman from the service area taught me real quick how to take off the front tire and helped me load it into my car. Definitely missed this level of customer service. Definitely recommend if youre in the market for a an ebike.
