Just purchased an ebike from here and I am a very satisfied customer. The entire process was smooth and easy. The employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. I had concerns about transporting my bike in my car and they helped me find the best suitable ebike for me. Plus the nice gentleman from the service area taught me real quick how to take off the front tire and helped me load it into my car. Definitely missed this level of customer service. Definitely recommend if youre in the market for a an ebike.
