Bought three e bikes from e bike USA. Fantastic products and a super customer service. They came and got my bike twice since I have no car. Quality repairs and I've gone over 15000 miles Plus. Figure a car will require service I've saved thousands. Thanks
I purchased a new Euphree- Stellar Falcon eBike last weekend from Houshmand and his crew. Besides purchasing the Lexus of eBikes, the service from them was also superior. They showed me several brands in my price range and had me ride each one. They shared the strengths & weaknesses of each. There was no pressure to purchase, which made me more at ease. Surprise charges. Dropped off my bike for rear brake replacement. Told them I couldn't afford a tune up and was explicit about just wanting the rear brake-pad. I was told it was 35 for install, 25 for the part which I could do. I got this bike through rebate program my budget is limited. I was not given an estimate or any indication that there would be any other charge. No phone call or contact until received text that my bike was ready for pick up.
