The store is easy to find. They were busy but able to help me quickly. Mark and the whole staff were very knowledgeable but not pushy. They showed me what I asked for and encouraged me to try a bike I wasn't sure I would like but I ended up getting. The neighborhood was really safe for a test ride. Thank you!
I am so impressed with eBikes USA on W Byers in Denver! I have not been interested in purchasing an ebike for my 13 year old, but finally agreed, as long as we ensure we do it in the safest manner possible by following the local and state laws. Stopped by for a visit, and cannot say enough nice things about the owner, and staff at eBikesUSA! Their customer service is outstanding. They have a huge selection of some awesome bikes to purchase and take home today! Some of the coolest bikes in Denver! Only place to get an e-bike!
Not only were they warm and welcoming, they also fixed my bike in no time. Ask for Sam or Dusty; they know what they are doing and will explain anything you ask. eBikes USA get these men a raise.
