I entered this business with the intention of purchasing an e-bike. I began asking the owner certain questions to ascertain how to fill my needs. The owner yelled at me, saying: “You need this bike.” He wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. The bike he pointed out would not meet my needs, but he refused to take my needs into consideration. He needs to be able to listen to his customers, and also needs some training in customer service. I left with the feeling that I didn’t want to purchase a bike from him
