Came into the shop to find an E-Moto bike for my son for his birthday. I was helped right away by Kaleb. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Walked away with a lightly modded Surron bike that I’m sure my son will love. Kaleb and helper also got the bike into our suv with no problems. Great service and experience . Mahalo
We pre-ordered a bike and they've been jerking us around for months on months about it. Theyre constantly lying about when it will arrive, and when a shipment comes in, they sell them in-store to walk-ins to maximize profits because they already have our several thousands of dollars, so they'd rather sell to new customers. They never reach out to us, we have had to call every month for the past year and always get the runaround. Once they have your money they will not offer any semblance of customer service.
