We bought a Yamaha Moro from E-Bikes 508 from several states away (NC). It was shipped to us well packaged and received in good condition. It had some factory warranty cable issues internal to the bike and Ronnie at E-Bikes was quick to respond to our call and helped us resolve the issues under warranty with a local dealer performing the repair.
