I have been looking for a new lightweight Ebike & decided to go with a Urtopia. Next was where to purchase, so happy I found 508 Bikes, Plymouth. Keith is the best, he is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you even though it was his lunch time lol. Highly recommend checking out this shop for your next Ebike or maybe a motorcycle.
Went in this morning after a wonderful experience yesterday. Having my first ebike shipped to Michigan. Keith is the best. So accommodating and just a great overall experience.
I recently purchased a Giant E-Bike from these folks and lets just say anything that could go wrong did go wrong. For starters, they sent the wrong bike and then there were some damage issues on top of that. So here is what separates good to mediocre (or even poor) customer service from excellent customer service. You do what it takes to make it right, and that's exactly what they did. Stopped in with my husband to check out some mountain bikes and had a wonderful experience. Super friendly staff, great selection, and no pressure at all. You can tell they genuinely enjoy helping people. Definitely recommend!
Had the BEST experience buying from E-Bikes 508. I bought my most recent motorcycle with them. Ronnie and Keith are amazing. They didn’t treat me any different as a woman, than anyone else walking in to buy a motorcycle. Tall order in a bike shop.
