hi good morning i wanted to say than you to john and his beautiful wife for there incredible service due to my husband having 2 strokes the fact that he can still cycle makes me so happy i will be forever thank full for you guy service the bike is amazing i can walk beside my husband well he cycles these bike are incredible and i will be recomending you guy to everyone my husband use cycle before strokes so this makes him feel that he still doing the things that he enjoys .
I cannot speak highly enough of John and his team. We needed our electric trike serviced as it stopped working - nothing was too difficult for E-Bikers. Within a week it was fixed and serviced; we’d also made modifications personally to hold a dog on the back, and they ensured all these elements were in excellent order and secure. Don’t go anywhere else! John and his team are the most genuine, honest and hard working people. Cannot thank you enough.
Marie ,John and staff are very knowledgeable in the products they sell the trike I brought of them has performed faultlessley in the 12 months I have had it, the problem I had with the battery charger was sorted out very promptly, thank you.
Marie, Steve and other staff were very helpful. I had them repair my wife’s Mum’s Gomier E Trike. They moved premises while they had the trike so it took a little longer than I hoped for but I can appreciate the effort it took. Price of repairs was very reasonable imo. Thanks.
Excellent bike shop. My ebike was very professionally repaired by John. Highly recommended.
