I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with EbikeBC! Their customer service was phenomenal and I was very excited to find a Canadian company. If you were looking for an E bike or cargo E bike, EbikeBC needs to be at the top of your list. When I was looking for an E bike, I needed a few specific elements. I needed an E cargo bike that would fit two kids for my daycare commute, but then would also carry packages for business deliveries. This company does a great job of presenting a well-manicured facade with some genuinely cool products. Do not, however expect clear or concise communication with any employee regarding sales or servicing. I unfortunately purchased an envo bike and rely on their service centre for repairs. ebike BC is unreachable by phone (literally don’t have a phone number and have no plans to get one! I asked!)
