Very thorough service. Would recommend. Monique (sales) was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. She would ask others for clarification and she gave great tips and advice for a 1st time e-bike owner. They honoured the newly posted online sale price without any prompting. I bought the Paris 48V Long Range. A very powerful thing indeed! I Love the adjustable handle bar!
Very disappointing experience on both the sales and the service side... Firstly walked into the sales room the lady behind the counter would not take her eyes off Instagram to even talk to me handed me a flyer and then ignored me... I went around the back to inquire about e-bike service and was basically not impressed with the responses... Long time lines very expensive rates no promise of when it could be done not able to talk to a mechanic stuck behind a customer service person that won't even give you eye contact...

Let me test drive a em1 fun might buy a bike bought a Rouge from green plant scotters like they gave me a used battery on a new bike I'm gonna come here and buy another Rouge or a daymak em1 cause I trust this store more
