Outstanding everything! I wasn’t sure what I needed for my Giant stance e+2 but I wanted the top speed to be increased. I sent several emails to make sure I was getting the correct item. They emailed me back every time. It was personal. Felt like I was emailing a buddy about riding. I ordered the 3.3 and it came right away. Got it installed and it’s great. No issues. I’ve purchased two Volspeed tuners for Bosch systems and ebiketuner’s delivery, communication, documentation, and support when I had an issue with one them have all be fantastic. Special shout out to Dianne and her approach to helping customers! Both chips were a huge improvement to the Performance CX systems on a Scott and a Cube… they went on easy and work like a charm. SpeedBox 3.3 caused problem with my 2024 Giant Trance E+3 requiring intervention by the dealer. I requested a refund from ebikertuner & they complied.

Do not buy, their products bricked my e-bike and all they did was caveat emptor & force majure me. Suggest avoiding.

Excellent service from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered either via the online chat or email and even phone. Item received via Royal Mail 48hr track service and arrived on time.
