Not Steve's biggest customer by a long way. Me and my partner both purchased our E-bikes from Steve at TakeCharge and he has looked after them and us ever since. Even to providing an excellent postal service after we moved to the depths of Wales. Parts are quickly identified with photograph if needed and promptly dispatched. E-Bikes are not cheap, so to get the after sales service and the reassurance that your money is well spent years later as an intermittent customer.
