Excellent friendly service, very clean showroom with a great supply of parts and bikes. I hit a curb popping my rear tube and they helped me find the tube i need and set one aside for me. Will definitely keep them at tge top of my list when something goes wrong with my ebike
Seth was amazing! Very accommodating and helped me choose the best electric bike for me. I ended up with the Velotric Summit 2. That's one sweet ride!
I didn't really know what I was looking for but the boys at E-Bike Edmonton were super helpful. Helped me out with a bike rental and charger and also helped me load it. 5/5 service. Will definitely be back.
As experienced cyclists we bought a cheap box store ebike as a trial to see if would be a good addition to our stable (we have so many bikes). We loved it, so we made a straight line for EBike Edmonton. Unlike box store or Amazung bikes, EE carries top brands and models (with a surprisingly large in-stock inventory). Staff are friendly and helped demystify the electronics. Solid first experience... (And yes, we left with a sweet ride: Velotric Discovery 3 (which is a Mercedes compared to the box store bike).
