I knew what I wanted. They had it. We discussed and we done the deal and I took the bike and left. I love those clean lines. I suggest no surprises after the payment is done. Warranty procedures should be discussed before payment is made. I am referring to having to sit and read the whole thing before you leave the store or don’t leave. Everyone was great about it and listened to my feedback graciously. Great crew and the service guy as well as the sales guy were awesome. Thanks guys
A bit slow at first communications but from there it was seamless having them pick up my son’s bike and get fixed up. It was a unique bike too so much appreciated.
The Staff at E-Bike Edmonton were great to deal with. They provided great advice and made essential equipment adjustments to our rental bikes prior to our ride. The check out process was quick and included providing clear and complete operation instructions and suggested bike routes for our trip!
