Love this store Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Absaloutly love the heybike i bought here. I use my bike everyday to get to work and back, they always do whatever they can to get things done quickly.
Good service, they delivered my bike ahead of schedule, I recommend it 100%. Very good customer service, very nice people.
I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and competent when they repaired my Aventon e-bike. There was also a great selection of e-bikes of all types for sale. This is THE place in Edmonton to find the e-bike you want or repair the one you have.
Great selection and service! We rented 2 bikes. One was a bit " long in the tooth" and did not perform well. The other was great. We mentioned the issues and it was dealt with promptly.
All round good experience on two rentals. Good bikes and good customer service.
