A very nice store with a big showroom. The staff were very helpful and open minded. I chatted with Adam & Darcy, very knowledgeable. Super cute (and quiet) dog in the store.

EBike Edmonton is awesome. I’ve been e-biking for 3 years now, and I’ve found that their customer service and support has been outstanding. Adam helped our family get exactly what we needed to enjoy many more bike rides, at a good price. Whether you are just looking to start, or you have been e-biking for years, I highly recommend their shop.
We showed up at 4pm and left at 6pm with 2 bike. Seth was very helpful and very accommodating to us. He answered all the questions we had. We definitely are very satisfied with the service that he provided and we are looking forward to trying out our new bikes.
My review is late, since I went to Ebike Edmonton about 3 months ago. Great repairs on my ebike. I’ve brought my bike in twice, once for an issue that another bike shop couldn’t address and once for a tune up. Very fast turnaround and good value. When it’s time to upgrade my bike, I’ll take my business here.
