I’ve visited this ebike shop a few times for repairs on my first two entry level ebikes. The service experience has been very good overall. The service tech/manager, Gorgit, has always been straightforward and honest. He gives clear advice and focuses on what’s actually needed for safety and proper maintenance, which I really appreciate. I recently bought a Ranger 3.0 from e bike Calgary.Sugam and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a small issue with the rear rack being twisted which was fixed within a day and Sugam even gave me a free tune up. I would not hesitate to recommend e bike Calgary. Five stars!
