Owner shows rude behaviour everytime. Waste of money Waste of time I had 20 mins work in my bike just to fix the brake he said we dont do it on same day . I came from birmigham he said it will be done by tomorrow and we will call you. Instead the mechanic left me a voicemail on the same day which i didnt notice and was waiting for the call. Fabulous service for our e cargo bike. Bought previously from a different shop and after a year developed a vault. They fixed our bike through Powabyke and did a fabulous job. Bike running better than before. Perfectly serviced and cleaned. Highly recommend their expert services.
