My Ries Muller Novo was having some power issues and e/bike central was the only dealer who was able to diagnose and correct the issues. The problem was solved in a timely order and the service fee was reasonable. Well worth the drive to Greensboro. Top notch all the way!
Excellent shop. Knowledgeable owner who makes it his job to talk you through options and get you on the bike for you. Easy to test ride a variety of options and see what might work for you!
