This is honestly the best E-Bike shop I haver ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Eric is very knowledgeable, good with his workmanship and they are fair with their pricing for repairs, replacements and just their bikes in general. If you are ever looking for an E-Bike or repairs for the one you already own do yourself a favor and stop by this establishment!
Eric took care of everything my family and I needed Wanted a few bikes to take with us on our trip out West so my family and I could all ride around different national parks We ended up with 4 excellent bikes that fit my family’s needs A Great time was had by all So glad to have this store in Greensboro
E-bike Central is truly a destination e-bike shop. We own a couple of Riese & Muller bikes that desperately needed servicing (brake pads, rotors, deep cleaning, and a few other technical things I can't pronounce. :-)) It's challenging to find qualified technicians, but boy, did Eric and team hit it out of the park! They were super accommodating and understood our tight timeframe as we were only in town for 2 nights. Terrible place , the manager or employees was so rude , I do not recommend going here
Interesting interaction. I called them on SAT and talked to John in the CLT store. He advised me to contact Eric at the GSO store on Tuesday. I did so. My problem was squeaky brakes on an E-bike I had purchased on line. I had ask John if they serviced bikes not purchased at their location and he said yes, no problem. He advised me to be at the store at 10:00 when they opened to discuss “fix” options with Eric and possibly he could even fix it without me leaving it.
