I purchased my Ebgo CC60+ E-bike from Costco. I rode the bike one day, which I enjoyed, and then, tried to ride it a few days later, and the battery didn't work. I contacted Ebgo and received immediate help from Frédéric Flibotte. Unfortunately, I didn't read my manual well enough and learned that the battery goes into "deep sleep/hibernation" mode.
