I completely do not recommend this place. They have bad customer service, speak zero English, and completely ignore my file. They filled out my file completely wrong. They gave me the wrong last name, the wrong place of work, and the wrong social security number. They only care about getting $300 from anyone they can

Extremely disappointing experience with Ebenezer Tax Service in North Providence. I reached out to them for help with my current tax return as well as amendments from prior years. They promised to assist but never followed through—no updates, incomplete work, and no communication unless I repeatedly reached out first. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Went here today for the first time. Dalia was fantastic and very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will definitely be coming here next year and years after.
