ALLERGY alert! I sometimes can find great deals at Ebels. BUT, if you have Dairy allergies, most meats are smoked with milk/dairy containing product, so keep that in mind. Be careful on things package by Ebels. My son is "deathly" allergic to milk/dairy and bought some chicken bites and had a reaction. Double and triple checked the ingredients and no dairy was listed, nor did it say, "processed in a facility that..." which usually means less likely for cross- contamination. I travel from Baldwin just to go here. Their prices are better than the stores closer to me and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Being a small family owned store is probably what makes it as good as it is. They only have 3 locations. They also have a coffee shop and clothing store on site as well. They have a wide variety of beef, pork and poultry and seafood(frozen or fresh. smoked and non) with their own onsite butcher.
