We recently had Edward at EBC Auto Haus detail our 2024 Kia Telluride. The interior, I’m embarrassed to say and we did not realize, greatly needed cleaning. Although we had upgraded the floor mats to WeatherTech, they did little to hold down the dog hair. There was (what we consider) a minimal charge to remove the dog hair since EVERY SINGLE HAIR WAS REMOVED. The windows were pristine both inside and outside. I can’t say enough good things about Edward and EBC Auto Haus. Edward spent over 4.5 hours washing and detailing my truck, and the amount of time, care, and attention to detail he put into it was incredible. Edward is genuinely kind, honest, and takes a lot of pride in his work. When he finished, my truck looked like it had just rolled off the factory floor. Edward was super accommodating time wise and did an awesome job with my car - looks amazing.
Edward did a fantastic job! My car had not had a property deep clean in almost a year (and I have a dog who rides with me frequently). He left the exterior and interior of the car spotless and managed to get all traces of dog hair out. I also have a 15 year old vehicle, so the front lights were naturally yellowing. Edward was able to put on a special treatment and got them looking like I had a brand new car. He’s a great guy and does a stellar job, I’ll certainly be using him again!
Edward Nettles responded promptly. He showed up 10 min early. He worked longer than i expected and my truck looks and feels new. Great job, reasonable cost. i will use him again.
