It was a very easy and convenient pick up and drop off. Good communication with the owner. The car was 10/10. I would rent again in the future.

If you're staying in the Gulch area, EBC is an exceptional location. The area is extremely walkable and I was able to pick up the rental within a few walking minutes. Edward immediately connected with me when I made the reservation and effectively communicated when I arrived on my trip. Throughout the duration of my rental, he was responsive and assisted with the minimal inquires that came up during my rental period. Pick up and returns were well organized and timely processed.
Cant speak highly enough from the easiness of the service Edward provided to the condition of the car. Plan on only using him for all my monthly trips to Nashville.
