All the staff are very professional and they care about their clients! I have been a loyal client of theirs for the last 10 years. I would never trust going anywhere else to do my taxes, I highly recommend them!
Called to make an appointment as a new client. The receptionist asked one question.... how did you hear about us? As soon as I responded Google search, she said oh no we are not taking anyone new at this time! Are you kidding me. You can only be a client if you hear about them the right way? Ridiculous!
Great company to work with. I have been with them for over 20 years! Very professional, and prompt with all my questions and needs.
Our taxes were not completed until the very end of JULY. I called approximately every 6 weeks for an update and was greeted with rudeness from the secretary, Christie, every time. When our taxes were finally done (only thanks to Marshall Daw who answered the phone the final time I called), we had to go in person to sign for them to be e-filed.
