If I could give Ebb & Flow more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I reached out to Destinee telling her about specific aches and pains in my neck and shoulder. She spent our session working all the knots out and I feel so much better! Her hands, hot stones, and cupping were exactly what I needed. I have found my forever massage therapist and for that, I am forever thankful!

Experience was great. Destinee is knowledgeable in her craft and was super helpful in releasing my shoulder tension. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail throughout the experience and her ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. I would recommend to anyone here on the outer banks.

I've been getting massages for many years and have worked with many different massage therapists, but Destinee at Ebb and Flow Massage truly stands out. Her experience and deep knowledge of the body are immediately apparent. She has an incredible ability to find and focus on the vital points that need attention, and she really listens to what your body needs. Destinee is one of a kind. She fit me in last minute on a weekend and I am so grateful! She was patient, kind and she is a master of her craft. I almost never fall asleep during a massage because I am typically running on a high stress level, but I felt myself doze off a few times. When my massage ended, I truly felt like a new person.
