I usually don’t like admitting I can’t handle something myself, but I brought my son’s electric dirt bike here to get his back inner tube replaced. I called ahead and was given a fair estimate and time frame, and I was in and out in under an hour. Called to inquire about getting service for a eBike I had just purchased from Heybike that had a couple of small issues, as they are listed as a service provider. Was basically told off and hung up on when trying to get service from them that would be under warranty, since I didn't buy from them they wanted nothing to do with me. Found another dealer and service provider in the area and they helped me out free of charge and will now have a life long customer and person to refer them business.
Actually the best vibes in this shop. All the homies were really helpful and kind and I’m super pleased with my new bike.
If I could leave this degenerate 0 stars I would. My girlfriend went to go redeem a rebate voucher from the state a few months back. It almost expired and she waited till the last day to redeem it. Life happened and we completely forgot to get the bike. In the meantime the man redeemed the voucher and kept the money and never reached back out for her to pick up the bike. I had an extremely positive experience at this family owned, and operated gem on West Colfax in Lakewood. Very communicative and very knowledgeable about bikes and helped me pick out an E bike. They made the process quick and simple and they were very efficient. They had the model that I wanted on display however I didn’t want that specific color and they were quick to put together and build a bike that I specifically wanted same day.
