Buying my first eBike from Eazy E Bikes was an awesome experience from start to finish! Using the eBike voucher program for the first time felt totally smooth thanks to their super clear, no-hassle process. I find this shop very unprofessional. They rarely answer their phone, and when they do you can never receive the information that you're inquiring about. I was told on several occasions that Scott would return my call. That never happened. I ultimately bought my bike at Rad Power Bikes, which was a seamless experience. I don't need to spend my money at a place that doesn't seem to value me as a potential customer.
Thank you Scott for taking care of me, my dying daughter and my stupid bike! I wish your sister wasn't so THREATENING! I apologize for my attitude, but under the circumstances, I believe my ATTITUDE is understandable. I can't WAIT to leave another 5 star review, because I believe in you Scott! ❤️
This was once a great shop! 2 years ago I bought a bike from here and some people tried to steal it got banged up pretty bad. After bringing the bike back to be repaired ( under warranty) the bike kept having issues. So scott being the stand up guy that he is gave me a new bike!
