I would give zero stars if I could- scam do not use! Bait and switch - scam!
Typically, new tires are provided when replacing. However, eAutorescue, the company that replaced the tire, apparently sold a used tire, manufactured in 2020. It also had a plug, and it was showing cracks and signs of age. This was all noted by an assistant manager at a nearby Discount Tire when I saw that the tire went flat. I was provided a note from them to support my claim. Almost $200 was spent on the tire eAutorescue provided. Very reliable service! Yes it may take some time to get the job done, but every experience that I’ve had has been smooth, transparent, and easy. I can definitely count on them for assistance!
Told it would be a half hour....5 hours latter...if time is a key for you and service matters on top of a a rip off price...use some place other then this service!
