Service time was average at 2.5-3 hours. It was a guy in a Prius and he was well mannered but the rating is because he told me on the phone that he has a used tire in my size which great but then after he took my tire called and said they “sold out” an hour after i initially called keep in mind these are 265/35zr22 so it was a $105 service charge and $150 tire but he did take some off for losing my tire pressure cap. So if you’re in a pinch he’ll come but don’t expect it to be fast and be prepared to pay for a new tire.

Typically, new tires are provided when replacing. However, eAutorescue, the company that replaced the tire, apparently sold a used tire, manufactured in 2020. It also had a plug, and it was showing cracks and signs of age. This was all noted by an assistant manager at a nearby Discount Tire when I saw that the tire went flat. I was provided a note from them to support my claim. Almost $200 was spent on the tire eAutorescue provided.
