Very helpful they always answer the phone And as far as knowledge about about busses in eau Claire, They know everything from routes to bus passes very impressed with this place I don't know what they're trying to do with the bus system but it's not working you can't transfer whenever you want to they hardly go anywhere and you have to get on at 7:00 a.m. to get to Oakwood mall? What am I missing here?
You’re not allowed to transfer buses anywhere except the one transfer center. No switching buses anywhere else along your journey allowed. Apparently this was implemented for the pandemic to do away with the old transfer slip system and they just aren’t going to bother changing it at all ever again, poor people needing to commute be damned. You’ll just have to pay full fare at every transfer every day. Smfh
I love that every time I call for information, the woman who answers the phone has ever, not once, acted or sounded annoyed or impatient with me. Very kind!
