1 star. Absolutely terrible experience with Eau Claire Family Automotive. I had my vehicle towed by them and the condition it was returned in was shocking. Before the tow, my vehicle was fine aside from the issue it needed help for. Afterward, I immediately noticed new problems and signs that it hadn’t been handled carefully during the towing process. My Volkswagen Jetta got a flat randomly. Called to see if they might possibly have a tire that I could purchase to replace the junk one. They answered right away and even said they could mount and balance it same day for me :) I couldn’t recommend them more!

We have used them twice now and would highly recommend! They are open weekends which is helpful, friendly and quick. The one fix ended up being less than what they had originally quoted me.
