Very professional and was able to get my car out of deep snow pretty quickly
1 star. Absolutely terrible experience with Eau Claire Family Automotive. I had my vehicle towed by them and the condition it was returned in was shocking. Before the tow, my vehicle was fine aside from the issue it needed help for. Afterward, I immediately noticed new problems and signs that it hadn’t been handled carefully during the towing process. My Volkswagen Jetta got a flat randomly. Called to see if they might possibly have a tire that I could purchase to replace the junk one. They answered right away and even said they could mount and balance it same day for me :) I couldn’t recommend them more!
Phenomenal services, if any issues arise with my vehicle again I will be coming back :)
