I bought an office chair here a couple years ago for personal use. The hydraulic failed, I told them about it and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it. When I picked it up they said there was no cost, maybe it was under warranty but either way I was pleasantly surprised. Deanne was very communicative throughout the whole process. This is the place to buy your office furniture in Eau Claire!!

Trucker cheat code if you're delivering here: pull into the first driveway, u turn out of the second driveway and head back up Mercantile, then back in the first driveway and around the building then toward the dumpsters, pull up and straighten out. Their lot does not have enough room to turn a sleeper cab and 53' all the way around and they're at a dead end so there's not enough room to pull up for a blindside.

The ECBI team helped us in planning furniture for our new facility. They were responsive and easy to work with. We were provided many options; always cognizant of our budget. They were very patient with all our questions and revisions. The install team was very professional and accommodating to our needs. They kept us informed and followed up on questions. Any concerns were resolved very quickly. I highly recommend ECBI and will continue to work with them as needed.
