Theresa is an amazing cook and instructor. Each time I go she teaches me something new. Her kitchen is beautiful and every thing is laid out so perfectly to complete each step in preparing the food. Will definitely attend again! Thank you!
I truly enjoyed learning cooking from Chef Theresa. She showed us tips/shortcuts, and knife skills when prepping vegetables and spices. She also demonstrated the art of preparing nutritious foods sourced from various vegetables and grains that I wasn't comfortable cooking on my own. She was very organized, thorough, excellent instructor, and immaculate kitchen! The food was nutritious and yummy. I highly recommend her to anyone. I look forward to taking another class soon.
I have met with Theresa for many years off and on regarding healthier eating/ losing weight and she is incredibly helpful. She is very good about listening to your goals (and concerns) and will make excellent meal plans and will modify if need be (I'm a busy mom). She will check in throughout the week and is very encouraging and non-judgemental throughout the journey. I am extremely grateful to her and her services.
