Very friendly people, no stress environment. Extremely knowledgeable of the tax processes. BEST tax service I have been to. It was the only time I have filed taxes and been relaxed and comfortable. I will be returning, they are just great people.
A couple months ago I went here for a simple circuit breaker, a couple weeks ago I get a letter from the IRS letting me know I was getting $0.00. So I took the letter to Eaton's and found the preparer had put my ss# in the wrong box. The guy said he was going to fix it and email me, 2 weeks later I call them and was told he was going to get to it that day and email me later that day or the next day (he did not). The next day I call and was told he MIGHT get to it that day (today) I was told they would call me back today but ... read more
